Internal Medicine Opportunity in Fremont, NE

Methodist Fremont Health is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine Physicians to join the team at Methodist Fremont Medical Center in Fremont, NE.

Highlights Include

• See 20-30 patients per day, depending on practice style
• Office located adjacent to Methodist Fremont Health Medical Center, plus multiple outreach locations
• 24 exam rooms, procedure rooms, X-ray, and basic lab on site
• Each physician has their own MA or LPN
• Acute, chronic, preventive, and work-related care
• EMR is eClinicalWorks; transitioning to enterprise-wide Cerner in May 2020
• Currently a traditional model with providers following patients in the hospital on weekdays; plans to transition to 24/7 hospitalist model in fall 2019
• 1:6 practice call
• Patient-Centered Medical Home designation through NCQA and participating in the CPC+ program

Physician Employment Agreement

• Employed by Methodist Physicians Clinic
• Contract Term of 4 years with auto-renewal for additional 1-year terms
• Anticipated Start Date – Fall 2019
