Methodist Fremont Health is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine Physicians to join the team at Methodist Fremont Medical Center in Fremont, NE.
Highlights Include
See 20-30 patients per day, depending on practice style
Office located adjacent to Methodist Fremont Health Medical Center, plus multiple outreach locations
24 exam rooms, procedure rooms, X-ray, and basic lab on site
Each physician has their own MA or LPN
Acute, chronic, preventive, and work-related care
EMR is eClinicalWorks; transitioning to enterprise-wide Cerner in May 2020
Currently a traditional model with providers following patients in the hospital on weekdays; plans to transition to 24/7 hospitalist model in fall 2019
1:6 practice call
Patient-Centered Medical Home designation through NCQA and participating in the CPC+ program
Physician Employment Agreement
Employed by Methodist Physicians Clinic
Contract Term of 4 years with auto-renewal for additional 1-year terms
2-year guaranteed salary based upon the Medical Group Management Association’s (MGMA) estimate on the median income
After two years, or when productivity benchmarks are met, transition to productivity-based model
