Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) has an excellent employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngology physician with Fellowship training in Otology or Neurotology to join a well-established practice located in Boise and Nampa, Idaho.

SAMG is a physician led and accountable 480+ provider multispecialty group seeking a Otolaryngologist who is committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. This high volume, varied surgical practice is looking for an additional provider to join an experienced ENT physician, Audiologist and two advanced practice providers in practice. This clinic promotes collaboration with a team of specialists. The ENT practice provides a full range of general pediatric and adult ENT services, allergy, head and neck, full audiology, hearing aid dispensing, speech therapy and voice analysis, video stroboscope, rhinology, and laryngology services. The program recently expanded into a new state of the art office with an ENT, Hearing and Balance Center.

The schedule for this opportunity is a traditional workweek, Monday through Friday with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time plus possible hospital consults and rounding. After hours ENT Emergency Department and Facial Trauma call is shared equitably with other eligible members of the ENT program.

Requirements for this opportunity include Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, successful completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program with Board Certification in Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment. The selected candidate must have a Fellowship training in Otology or Neurotology, be eligible to obtain Idaho medical licensure, granting of privileges at SARMC- Boise, SAMC- Nampa, and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed, a DEA as well as valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
