• 286 hospital beds
• 4 physicians; 2 NPs/PAs per day
• 1 physician and NP/PA at night
• 15-to-18 patient encounters per day
• Occasional procedures (Intubation, vent management)
• ICU rounds required 
• Respond to codes and participate in rapid response
• Sub-specialty support
