Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H), one of the nation's leading innovators in clinical care and national healthcare policy is seeking a Academic Acute Care/Trauma Surgeon to join the professional staff of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic and the faculty of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Board eligibility or certification in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care is required. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is a Level-1 Trauma Center with a dedicated team of 8 surgeons who provide Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. Salaries are competitive and will be based on experience. The successful candidate will receive a faculty appointment at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College commensurate with experience. A passion for teaching medical students and residents is essential and participation in clinical and/or outcomes research is strongly encouraged.
