Envision Physician Services is looking for dedicated FT Chief Anesthesiologists to work at Highlands Regional Hospital.
- Staffing model: 3 MD, 6 CRNAs.
- Leadership experience required
- Home Call – 1 week of day shifts (no call), 1 week of night call (no day shifts) and 1 week off. Rare call back when on call
- Community hospital setting- No OB, no cardiac, no heads, no trauma, no peds.
- Mainly general cases, ortho, GI/Endo, urology, vascular, some robotics.
- Approx 3500 cases annually – 280-300 per month scheduled. “Seasonal hospital”. Cases will vary depending on season of year.
- MDs do blocks, CRNAs do inductions/emergents.
- Paper OR charting for now. Will be going to iProcedure.
- This is a quiet/community hospital – lifestyle practice
- Up to 17 weeks off
