The MetroHealth System (MHS), a principal teaching hospital of the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine, seeks a dynamic and respected Board Certified Physician leader for the Medical Director of The Adult Health and Wellness Service Line.
The Service Line Medical Director for the Adult Health and Wellness Service Line will be responsible for the development of strategy and identification, implementation, and execution of tactics resulting in service line development and growth, patient access, value, quality throughout the MetroHealth System. The scope of Adult Health and Wellness includes over 200 clinicians, 130 residents and 650,000 patient visits annually in the areas of Primary Care (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Medicine-Pediatric Physicians and Nurse Practitioners), Express Care (same-day, in-person and virtual focused care) and Dental Medicine.
Leadership is structured in a dyad model with the Service Line Administrator, both shall be responsible for the development, management, and operations of The Adult Health and Wellness Service Line.
